Waffle House, Restaurant, Tallahassee, FL currently employed part-time Salesperson (server)

Duties/ responsibilities:  Greet every customer that enters the restaurant. As a Salesperson, it is my job to take the order and deliver the food hot while providing excellent customer service. After the order has been taken, the Salesperson must stand on "The Mark", a off colored tile, and call the order in a three step manner known as the "Pull, Drop, and Mark" system. Other than customer service, a Salesperson must also bust, clean dishes, and complete all side work before leaving his or her shift.

While serving as Miss May Queen I utilized my platform to bring awareness and collected funds to help find a cure for breast cancer.

Ignitus Worldwide FAMU-DRS chapter- 75 hrs, Youth Crime Watch offers young people an active role in reducing crime in their schools and neighborhoods. . Youth Crime Watch challenges youth to reduce drugs, violence, and crime, and it helps youth and adults recognize that youth can and must be a part of civic problem-solving, community partnership development, and crime prevention


Skills
Being a volunteer staff assist for the Second Harvest of the Big Bend served as a very significant impact on me and the community in which I live. These duties included, but were not limited to, answering phones, greeting the public, filing, photocopying, faxing and other administrative tasks related to the position. Maintain database for newsletter recipients Assist with preparation of newsletter and E-news blast. Assist with special event and fundraising planning and coordination as necessary, MS Office Suite, 10-key calculator, basic newspaper design and layout, basic web page design.
